Description
Our client based in Bury St. Edmunds is looking for an experienced Co-Ordinator / Administrator on a long term temporary contract. Please find the duties for the role listed below:
- Coordinate and schedule work with engineers
- Assist with the management of parts
- Maintain and update the job management system
- Assist with monthly client reconciliations
- Speak with clients
- Provide administrative support to the service delivery managers
- Coordinate travel arrangements for engineers, if necessary
Experience
- Previous experience in an administration/scheduling role
- Proficient in using IT systems
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Ability to effectively use computerized systems for data entry and scheduling
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with administrative tasks in an office setting
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS365
