Description
The role
Produce finished roof lights to company schedules and drawings, while maintaining excellent housekeeping and following the company’s ISO 9001 2015 quality policy.

Skills required
- Must be able to use hand tools
- Must be to be able to interpret engineering drawings
- Be able to hand build bespoke units
- Excellent time management skills
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Able to work in a target driven environment
Overall Role or Purpose of the job:
- Operate production machinery to create parts and sub-assemblies for final assembly into roof lights
- Make recommendations for improvement in process or products as appropriate
- Ensure work area is tidy and organised
- Store products and components in such way as not to lead to damage, defects or a safety hazard
- Carry out any reasonable request given by Line Supervisor
Essential:
- Good verbal and written English
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures/practice
Hours of Work: full-time- 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day from 07:30 am to 3:30pm
